As I wrote previously, the 2019 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Réservée looks set to rival the best examples of this bottling. Made up of approximately 80% Grenache, with 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvèdre and smaller amounts of other permitted varieties, it's impressively complex on the nose, with scents of black cherries, blackberries and black olives, plus mysterious wafts of violets and garrigue. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated, it finishes long and velvety, a sure-fire bet for cellaring. It's gratifying to see wines evolve as expected during their élevage and make it into bottle just as remembered.

As I wrote previously, the 2019 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Réservée looks set to rival the best examples of this bottling. Vinul de DuminicaIn fiecare duminica vom incerca sa iti propunem „Vinul de Duminica”, mereu un vin special, premiat sau apreciat de cunoscatori din lumea intreaga, la cel mai bun pret online din Romania.

Bazele Domaine du Pegau au fost puse încă din secolul 17, însă mult mai târziu, în 1964, Paul Feraud este cel care începe să valorifice cele 22 ha de viţă-de-vie din regiunea Châteauneuf du Pape. În 1987, Laurence, fiica lui Paul, deschide un domeniu familial independent de 5 ha, numindu-l Pegau. În 2012, Laurence a mai cumpărat o proprietate de 41 ha, localizată la sud de Chateuneuf du Pape, domeniu pe care l-a numit Chateau Pegau. De acolo vine şi recomandarea zilei, Domaine du Pegau Cuvee Reservee Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2019, un cupaj roşu obţinut din Grenache, Mourvedre şi Syrah. Vinul scoate în prim plan note intense de cireşe negre, mure, grafit şi condimente dulci, în vreme ce finalul este lung, cu note fructat-minerale. Degustaţi acest vin la 16-18 grade Celsius, alături de preparate din carne roşie şi vânat.
