De la înființarea sa în 1785, crama Piper-Heidsieck și-a construit renumele prin rafinament și inovație în selecția și cupajarea vinurilor de excepție. Acestea reflectă stilul distinctiv al casei, sub îndrumarea talentatului oenolog Emilien Boutillat. Emblematicul Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut este o șampanie multi-vintage obținută dintr-un blend elegant de Pinot Noir (50%), Meunier (30%) și Chardonnay (20%). Cu o culoare aurie strălucitoare, se remarcă prin note olfactive delicate de pară, piersică albă, citrice și flori de portocal. Gustul său proaspăt și armonios dezvăluie arome rafinate de pâine prăjită, migdale proaspete și accente subtile de mentă. Ideal servită la o temperatură de 8-10°C, acest vin spumant versatil acompaniază perfect preparate precum tagliatelle cu creveți în sos de unt și șampanie, sushi și maki de ton sau somon, steak tartare, brânză Comté ori flori de dovlecel umplute cu feta.
